It was another productive weekend in preparing for our little one on the way. We took a trip to Madison (and met up with my brother Kevin) to look at the wood finish for the one piece of furniture we have been wanting since we found out that we would be parents. While there, we confirmed that the combo dresser & changing table would be in “oak on pine” finish.

Today Matt spent the afternoon painting the baby’s room. At first glance the colors are VERY bright, but we think they will be just fine for the room…especially after we get furniture & other decorations in the room.
